Sitting 490 meters above Victoria Harbour in the Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates-designed building, the Ritz-Carlton hotel offers its guests a breathtaking 360-degree view of the entire city and surrounding islands. The new property is the company’s 16th hotel in Asia.
Accommodation: The Ritz-Carlton hotel has 312 luxurious rooms, which offer amazing city and harbor views. The rooms, with sizes ranging from 530 sq. ft. to 3,920 sq. ft., feature Wi-Fi, iPod docking stations, Blu-ray DVD players and flatscreen TVs. The hotel also has the Hong Kong’s largest ballroom, which measures 10,000 sq. ft. and can be hired for weddings, meetings and other big events.
Mark DeCocinis, general manager of the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, said…
The overall design theme of the hotel is inspired by the city’s dynamic culture — a global metropolis at the crossroads of East and West and at the same time rich in entrancing local flavor.
