Lamborghini Singapore, celebrated its 10th centenary with an elite display case of ten limited edition Lamborghini Gallardos supercars; at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore yesterday. These limited edition cars have been particularly made, for the first time, by Lamborghini plant entirely for the Singapore market. That’s not all; the company has also vowed to give S$20,000 ($15,688) from the sale of each of these ten limited edition Lamborghini cars to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF), making a kind donation of S$200,000 ($156,868). So what does a limited edition Lamborghini Gallardo boast of? It comes only in two colors- black & white, with exclusive red stripes on both sides and a Merlion logo on the outside of each car. Other specs comprise: 10 cylinders V90, DOHC 4 valves, common-pin crankshaft and with a max speed of 320 km/h. The cars were launched at an evenly impressive dinner function held at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore where well-deserved owners received keys to their partial edition brand new wheels. We say well-deserved, because if you can out your money to a good cause while treating, you deserve it.
